Many customers ask, "Are you a printing company too?" We work with a long-time printing partner who understands our needs, allowing us to manage nearly every aspect of production.
This also depends on the customer's original design. Files created in Illustrator are the most suitable.
Block Screen

*Can be printed on all types of fabric.
Pros.
Bright, vivid color
Durable, long-lasting
distinct texture out from the fabric.
Limitations/Precautions
only suitable for full-color prints, not gradients.

Half-Tone
This technique uses color blocks like block screen printing, but with a dot pattern for added texture and visual effect.
*Can only be printed on 100% cotton fabric.
Pros.
Add more texture and depth to the design.
Can replace color gradients sometimes.
Vintage feel.
Limitations/Precautions
Suitable for prints with no more than 2 colors.

Glitter
Requires creating print blocks like screen printing, but with glitter mixed directly into the ink.

Glittery, shiny effect.

Suitable for prints only 1 color.

Embossed
After heat curing, the color expands and creates texture. It's best for single-color designs, as multiple colors may result in uneven embossing.
*Can only be printed on 100% cotton fabric.
Pros.
Adds more texture and depth to the design.
The design is raised above the fabric surface.
Limitations/Precautions
Do not iron directly on the print, and avoid high temperature.

Digital to Garment (DTG)
This is a print produced by a printing machine without the need for print blocks. The printed colors closely match the design file.
The ink absorbs into the fabric.
*Can only be printed on 100% cotton fabric.
Pros.
Can print gradients or images that closely match the original design.
You can iron directly on the printed design.
Limitations/Precautions
Do not apply any chemicals directly on the print.
Wash with care, avoid scrubbing or rubbing the printed areas.
Direct to Film (DTF)
This is a print produced by a printing machine without the need for print blocks. The printed colors closely match the design file.
The ink forms a film on the fabric surface.
*Can be printed on all types of fabric.
Pros.
Can print gradient designs or images that closely match the original.
Limitations/Precautions

Sublimation
This is a machine printing process that doesn't require print blocks and can print full-front designs on the entire shirt.
The ink absorbs into the fabric.
*Can only be printed on 100% polyester fabric.
Pros.
Can print gradients or images that closely match the original design.
You can iron directly on the printed design.
Limitations/Precautions
The ink adheres only to polyester fibers. If the fabric contains cotton, the color may fade or not bond well.
For colored fabrics, the print color may distort.
